- Understand customer's requirements with regards to Window of Cancellations and Volatility of a P/N.
- Define min/max quantities for each P/N.
- Analyze from manufacturing, freight and inventory costs optimum production lot size.
- Offer stocking of inventory at a strategic third party logistic partner's facility at a cost plus basis.
- Receive and analyze Customer's MRP. Based on established guidelines release orders on the factory. Reduce workload and hence order placing costs at customer's site.
