PCB Product Engineer
 
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with China plant to ensure all our products produced in the plant have high quality at lower production cost and on time delivery.
  2. The routine daily work includes quality inspection, technical support, work in process (WIP) status follow up and report, trouble shooting and problem solving but not limited to above.
Qualifications:
  1. Have more than 5 years of Product Engineering /Technology experiences in PCB manufacturing industry.
  2. Professional in knowing IPC standard and understanding customer technical requirement in drawing, Gerber files and solve any capability and manufacturability problems.
  3. Fluent in written English and can communicate in oral English.
  4. Self motivated, can work under limited supervision.
  5. Have good communication skills.
  6. Willing to take responsibility and work under pressure.
  7. Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering.
  8. With at least one year of PCB CAM experience.
 
 
Logistics Coordinator
 
Job duties include but are not limited to coordinating import shipments from suppliers to distribution centers, review import container booking request/routings; coordinate with inventory control to confirm routing destination or required changes; confirm import routings with global freight forwarder; track, trace, expedite inbound import vendor containers and/or air freight shipments to distribution centers.
Responsibilities include heavy communication with inside sales to make sure all freight forward logistical requirements are met.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with ocean carriers for bookings
- Stay on top of the load movements /track shipments
- Gathering paperwork from suppliers
- Plan and develop logistic program activities that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction and reduce cost
- Assist operations manager with logistic support and administrative duties.
- Coordinate Travel for VP of Sales and Outside Sales Managers.
- Coordinate company meetings and event planning.
- In charge of ordering office supplies.
- Work with FTP site in order to request quotations from vendors.
- Special projects as assigned.

* Ability to travel.

Inside Sales Representative

- Provide information related to quotation in a timely manner.
- Monitor the entire supply-chain from factory to the end-user.
- Respond to service requests, inquiries and complaints.
- Address complaints and ensures maximum good will from transactions.
- Generate/raise sales orders based on customer’s purchase orders and as required by the stated policy and practice of the organization.
- Ensure that there are no gaps in the terms specified in the purchase orders and as required by the stated policy and practice of the organization.
- Based on customer’s purchase order, generate a purchase order for the vendor, obtain supervisor’s approval.
- Monitor order completion status and synchronize issue of invoice to the customer for release of payment.
- Understand the manufacturing processes of different product lines of the company and liaise with the application engineer to resolve issues that arise at the vendor or customer’s end.

Requirements:

- Experience with MS Office with ability to work extensively using Excel.
