Manage technical research and development projects through design, analysis, and implementation phases.  Establish experimental design techniques as a goal to achieving competitiveness.  Implement national and international marketing plans to leverage the company’s strengths and opportunities.  Analyze and interpret results of research initiatives and make recommendations.  Develop region specific marketing plans matching technical requirements on an aggregate basis. Facilitate integration of research and development of business goals and integrate the front end with the backend of the organization.  Oversee customer acquisition and marketing campaigns and measure cost effectiveness.  Monitor and evaluate national and international competition.  Develop and administer R&D oriented marketing budgets and ensure compliance with overall business goals. Develop marketing programs to integrate new products into marketing strategies and programs.  Approximately 10% travel to customer locations, domestic and overseas.  

 

Requirements:  Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field with four years’ of relevant experience.  Knowledge and use of software tools related forecasting such as Salesforce.com SW, analytics, and relevant statistical analysis is required.  In depth knowledge of aggregate demand in different regions based on board technology.
